Beverly Pepper is best known for her large-scale sculptures in cast iron, bronze, steel, stainless steel, and stone as well as site-specific projects featuring expanses of industrial metals incorporated into the landscape. Her work has been exhibited and collected by major museums around the world, and the Albright-Knox’s collection includes several sculptures by Pepper, including Zig-Zag, 1967.
