The Buffalo AKG Art Museum is committed to engaging each of the many communities throughout Western New York. In addition to the more visible modes of community outreach listed below, the Buffalo AKG incorporates guidance and feedback from community members at every level of operations, with the goal of creating a more inclusive, more welcoming, and more accessible museum for everyone in our region.
From January 17, 2020, through June 5, 2022, we hosted exhibitions and events at Albright-Knox Northland, a project space located at 612 Northland Avenue in Buffalo.
Our Art Truck brings artmaking for individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and levels of ability into the communities of Western New York.

To ensure the safety of our staff and audiences, we are not able to fulfill in-person speaking requests at this time. However, a staff member may be available to present virtually if their schedule permits.
