American Abstract Artists: Works from the Permanent Collection was one of three special exhibitions of works from the museum's collection that complemented Order and Enigma: American Art Between the Two Wars. The other two were The American Scene: Selections from the Permanent Collection and American Graphics.
This exhibition was organized by Curator Susan Krane.
