This exhibition of Dan Flavin’s corner constructions was part of a series of special exhibitions organized in celebration of the tenth anniversary of the opening of the 1962 Building. Flavin (1933–1996) was an American Minimalist artist famous for creating sculptural objects and installations from commercially available fluorescent light fixtures.
