In Focus: Themes in Photography examined the museum’s extensive collection of photographs through a thematic lens.

This exhibition highlighted the Albright-Knox's rich holdings and provided an overview of post-war English printmaking.

Bodily Space: Works from the Permanent Collection, a sequel to the Rodin installation, confirmed the relevance of Rodin’s innovations while demonstrating the remarkable variance of a figurative tradition since the turn of the last century.

Bodily Space: New Obsessions in Figurative Sculpture explored the cultural relevance of the figurative tradition in art and featured loaned works by an international group of sculptors, many of whom had not been previously exhibited at the Albright-Knox.

Mori on Wright was an installation of models by the five architectural firms competing to create a new visitor center that is a worthy 21st century companion to Frank Llyod Wright's Martin House Complex, 1903–1906.

Architecture into Form focused on the importance of buildings, cities, and man-made structures of all kinds as a source of inspiration and a cornerstone for artistic breakthroughs in contemporary art throughout the last 100 years. 

In conjunction with the Fall 2003 Museum Studies class at Canisius College, the Albright-Knox exhibited a selection of works on paper from the museum’s collection.
