The Others are a queer, Buffalo-based company founded and directed by Charlie Finan. The Others create collaborative, structured, improvisational choreographies which can be viewed as either pedestrian modern dance or as performance installations. Each piece is accompanied by original sound scores created in conversation between company members and local musician Bryan Johnson.

On August 25th, The Others will present two reimagined works from their repertoire, as well as a new choreography specific to and inspired by the AKG Art Museum’s Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Town Square.
