Just Buffalo launched a city-wide initiative titled "In Gratitude." Inspired by the work of poet Ross Gay, the project invites the Western New York community to slow down and practice "serious noticing" by sharing reflections of gratitude with one another.

Buffalo Hope COMHPS offers free, non-clinical mental health education and emotional support to community members across WNY.

Apostrophe Solution Interactive Executive Function Station:

Guests will spin the wheel, and it will land on one of the brain’s many executive functions. There will be color-coded cards to match each notch on the wheel. Each participant will challenge themselves to the activity on the card to see how strong their executive functioning skills are and have the opportunity to ask a professional EF coach questions.
