TAKE BACK YOUR JOY!
As a collective, we are all feeling a lot of heaviness. In times like these, it is essential to remember to take care of ourselves, and that includes remembering our JOY. So, on Friday, May 1, we start the month with an intentional moment of peace, steadiness, and reclaiming our JOY.
Mark your calendars and join Tiffani Moore, Intuitive Guide and Coach, for a grounding Meditative Breathwork Session and future casting, accompanied by soothing singing bowls by Rhys Hall, also known as The Source Academy Kid.
Whether you prefer to lie down or sit, this session is completely accessible. Simply bring yourself and an open mind, and be ready to contribute to the collective vibration of joy!
