AK Members: Please join us at the Albright-Knox Art Gallery for an elegant soirée with Buffalo’s finest chefs. Chef Mike Andrzejewski (Seabar, Cantina Loco, Tappo, and Bourbon and Butter) brings together his contemporaries for an evening of innovative gastronomic delight. Join Chef Andrzejewski, Oliver’s Chef John Lennon Lewandowski, Chef Cory Kley of Rue Franklin, and Chef James Roberts of Toutant on Thursday, February 25, as they draw inspiration from Monet and the Impressionist Revolution, 1860–1910.   

Chef Lewandowski will provide the hors d’ouerves, Chef Roberts will craft the appetizer, Chef Andrzejewski will create the evening’s entrée, and Chef Kley will fashion the desserts. The chefs’ compositions will be enhanced by the pairings of wine from Moët Hennessy USA and beer from Magic Hat Brewing Company. This intimate fundraiser begins with a cocktail reception and special tour of Monet and the Impressionist Revolution, 1860–1910.
