Emily Gonzalez

Emily Gonzalez is a Mexican-American baker finding joy in sharing nostalgic pastries from her upbringing in San Francisco, CA, and Jalisco, MX. Her passion for food is deeply rooted in cultural identity, as well as respect for the power of food to strengthen communities and create a sense of belonging. Her pop-up bakery, Colibrí, is based in Buffalo’s West Side.
