American Regionalist photographer Todd Webb was interested in documenting everyday life in cities all over the world. In the 1930s, he studied at the Detroit Camera Club under Ansel Adams and eventually traveled all over the United States, photographing the traces of the Gold Rush. Webb captured the images in this photographic portfolio while traveling in Patzcuaro, Mexico.
