Jenn Batt is the Owner and Operator of Quokka Sweets, where she specializes in innovative seasonal ice creams and desserts. As a pastry chef her whole career, Jenn is driven by a curiosity for unconventional flavor profiles and unexpected pairings, crafting desserts designed to create memorable, sensory-driven experiences.
Her work is deeply influenced by travel and a continual commitment to refining her technique and expanding her culinary perspective. Constantly evolving, she approaches each creation as both an exploration and an expression of craft.
This featured dessert experience captures the essence of spring and the awakening after a long winter. Through thoughtful use of color and floral notes, Jenn invites guests to enjoy either a composed plated dessert or a sweet bite for takeaway—an opportunity to pause and savor the subtle shift of the seasons.
