A Taste for Art

Thursday, February 26, 2015

6 pm - 12 am EST

Chef Mike Andrzejewski (left)

AK Members: Please join us for an inspired evening of dining and art. We welcome back Chef Mike Andrzejewski, known for creating innovative and contemporary trends in menus and atmosphere as evidenced by his exciting collaborations at Seabar, Cantina LocoTappo, and the new restaurant Bourbon and Butter in the Hotel Lafayette. He will be joined by Oliver’s Chef John Lennon Lewandowski and Chef Cory Kley of Rue Franklin for A Taste for Art. In addition, you will be the first to experience the culinary excellence of Chef James Roberts of the highly anticipated new restaurant Toutant, which will be located on Ellicott Street downtown on the burgeoning Restaurant Row.

Chef Andrzejewski will create the evening’s entrée, Chef Lewandowski will provide the hors d’ouerves, Chef Kley will create the desserts, and Chef Roberts will craft the appetizer. The chefs’ compositions will be enhanced by the pairings of wine and beer with each course. This intimate fundraiser begins with a cocktail reception and special preview of the new installations in the 1962 Knox Building.

Our guest chefs’ passion for the art of cooking is translated into the art of giving. All of their services, as well as the pairings from Moët Hennessy USA and Magic Hat Brewing Company, are donated to the Albright-Knox for this unique fundraiser.
