Y2K@AKG is part of the Convergence Series, and produced by the AKG’s Convergence Council
Named for Buffalo AKG Museum’s treasured Convergence, 1952, by Jackson Pollock, the Convergence Council was founded in 2016 as a group of museum members bound by a shared love of art and creativity. Council members serve as ambassadors to connect others with museum programming and resources, and act as advocates and fundraisers to further promote the museum’s mission. The Council operates from the belief that the museum is instrumental in the long-term vitality of our city and is dedicated to the present and future success of the Buffalo AKG.
