About KarmaQueen: 

KarmaQueen is a five-piece indie band from Buffalo, New York.

Inspired by bands like CHRVCHES, Florence and the Machine, Paramore, and Beabadoobee, KarmaQueen welds together shimmering guitar riffs, clever lyrics, and catchy grooves.

Lead vocalist Kaley Lynch and drummer/bari saxophonist Evan Kaminski played in a band together for five years prior to forming KarmaQueen with Kaley’s sister, guitarist Andrea Lynch, and bassist Mike Militello. Former Letter to Elise drummer Mark Niewiemski rounds out the act on drums and keyboards. Every member of the band plays more than one instrument, providing a unique and pliable sound.

The name “KarmaQueen” is a play on the phrase “drama queen” - but with an emphasis on karma, not drama.

KarmaQueen was named “Best Indie Band” by All WNY Music Awards 2022.
