Lipsey Auditorium, Knox Building
Winding the streets and architecture of Western New York are monumental sculptures and larger-than-life murals. While these works of art are vastly different in artist, medium, location, and content, they all share the common goal of uniting community.
Join Curator of Public Art Aaron Ott for an in-depth look at the ten years of projects driven by the AKG’s Public Art Initiative, including personal stories from the Public Art team and a special look at the artists that comprise the upcoming exhibition Hi-Vis, opening Friday, February 21, 2025, on Floor 3 of the new Jeffrey E. Gundlach Building.

Accessibility
The Stanford and Judith Lipsey Auditorium is located on the second floor of the Knox Building and can be accessed by the elevator across from the Family Room. There is accessible seating along both sides of the Auditorium, as well as in the two back corners. Assistive Listening Devices and American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation for people who are Deaf or hard of hearing are available upon request. To schedule an ASL interpreter for an event, please submit a request at least two weeks in advance. The closest restrooms are on the first floor of the Knox Building in the same hallway as the Moog Inc. Visitor Services Desk.
