Admission is Pay-What-You-Wish on M&T FIRST FRIDAYS (onsite only, advance ticketing not available).
At peak times, there may be a line for check-in upon entering the museum. Having tickets in advance expedites this process. We encourage visitors and members to reserve tickets in advance, but walk-up admission will always be available.
We welcome you to arrive any time during museum operating hours on the date of your scheduled ticket(s). The museum’s campus has expanded, please allow at least two hours to tour the art galleries in the Wilmers and Gundlach Buildings. Please present your eTicket(s) upon arrival; once scanned by a Visitor Experience Associate, advance ticket holders may proceed directly into the museum galleries.
If you need to reschedule, please contact us at info@buffaloakg.org. Refunds cannot be granted once the date has passed, or tickets have been redeemed.
