The Buffalo AKG campus will be closed on Saturday, June 6, for a major fundraiser and on Saturday, July 25, for a private event. 

On Saturday, June 20, the Wilson Town Square will be closed for a private event. Cornelia will close at 12 pm, the Parking Garage will close at 2 pm, and the Knox Building will close at 5 pm. Sculpture Bar will be open for drinks and light fare until the museum closes at 6 pm.

Free general museum admission is granted to active-duty U.S Armed Services personnel and their families, Arts Access passholders and members of participating Reciprocal Museum networks. Discounted admission is available for Veterans and self-guided groups of ten or more persons. Free guided and self-guided visits for K-12 school groups are available through our Art’scool: School Tours Program. The Buffalo AKG proudly offers discounted admission, special programming, and other resources to visitors with disabilities and their personal care attendants.

We welcome you to arrive any time during museum operating hours on the date of your scheduled ticket(s). We suggest allowing at least two hours to tour the Knox, Wilmers, and Gundlach Buildings. Please present your eTicket(s) upon arrival; once scanned by a Visitor Experience Associate, advance ticket holders may proceed into the museum galleries.
