About The Beaches
The Beaches are doing everything their way. After more than a decade together as a band, sisters Jordan Miller (lead vocals, bass) and Kylie Miller (guitar), plus closest friends Leandra Earl (guitar and keys) and Eliza Enman-McDaniel (drums), are entering a new era. On the new album Blame My Ex, the four-time Juno Award–winning Toronto band channels heartbreak into self-discovery through ten exuberant songs that revel in pain and redemption. The lead single, “Blame Brett,” an acerbic pop-rock knockout Jordan calls “a song for all the hot messes out there,” has racked up more than 70 million streams on Spotify and more than 10 million views on TikTok. The track peaked at #2 on Spotify’s US Viral chart, #20 at Alternative Radio in the US, and #1 at Alt Radio in Canada for thirteen consecutive weeks, making it the biggest alternative radio hit of the year. Mark Hoppus (blink182), Nelly Furtado, and Demi Lovato are all fans of the track.
Since the success of “Blame Brett,” The Beaches sold out their worldwide Blame My Ex tour, including Toronto’s Budweiser Stage (16,000 tickets) three months ahead of their show, Vancouver’s Orpheum (2,750 tickets), Brooklyn’s Williamsburg Music Hall twice (1,300 tickets), Los Angeles’s Troubador twice (1,000 tickets), and London, UK’s O2 Forum Kentish Town (2,250 tickets).
They sold more than 70,000 tickets on their worldwide tour, including selling out Toronto’s Budweiser Stage (16,000 capacity) three months in advance.

About The Trews
Since starting out in Antigonish, Nova Scotia, in the late 1990s, The Trews have garnered a reputation as one of Canada’s most dynamic rock bands. Along the way, the band has been lauded for their work in many ways. Among them are certified Platinum album sales, multiple JUNO Award nominations, ECMA, and US Independent Music Awards. Additionally, their debut album, House of Ill Fame, hit Certified Platinum sales in January 2022, and their music has been streamed more than 100,000,000 times globally—a testament to The Trews' lasting power and appeal.
During their career, The Trews have racked up an impressive list of hits that have stood the test of time, including "Not Ready to Go," which hit #1 on Canadian rock radio and was the most played song of 2004. The Trews have also made significant inroads in the US and internationally— playing thousands of shows across the globe over time.
In the studio, they’ve worked with a variety of producers: Big Sugar's Gordie Johnson, Jack Douglas (Aerosmith, Cheap Trick, John Lennon, New York Dolls), and the Tragically Hip's Gord Sinclair, among others. Live, they've shared the stage with the likes of Bruce Springsteen, Slash, Aerosmith, Weezer, The Rolling Stones, KISS, Robert Plant, and Guns 'n Roses, to name a few.
Currently located in Hamilton, Ontario, The Trews remain one of Canada’s most prolific, enduring, and fiercest acts in the studio and on stage.

About the Buffalo AKG Art Museum
Founded in 1862, the Buffalo AKG Art Museum is the sixth-oldest public art institution in the United States. For more than 160 years, the Buffalo AKG has collected, conserved, and exhibited the art of its time, often working directly with living artists. This tradition has given rise to one of the world’s most extraordinary collections of modern and contemporary art.
In June 2023, following the completion of the most significant campus development and expansion project in its history, the Buffalo AKG opened anew to the public. The project was funded by a $230 million capital campaign, the largest such campaign for a cultural institution in the history of Western New York, including $195 million raised for construction and $35 million in additional operating endowment funds.
