This event has been rescheduled from March 17 to March 24.
Join us for Sunday Insights, where community members relate their work and experience to the art on view. On March 24, former Buffalo Bills player Thurman Thomas will explore Humble and Human: An Exhibition in Honor of Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. and discuss his relationship with Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. and the greater Buffalo community.
Featuring more than forty paintings and sculptures from the collections of the Albright-Knox and the Detroit Institute of Arts by artists including Paul Cézanne, Vincent van Gogh, Claude Monet, and Berthe Morisot, Humble and Human has been organized in recognition of Mr. Wilson’s enduring compassion and advocacy for the citizens of Western New York and Southeast Michigan—regions he called home.
Due to a high level of interest in this event, we expect to reach full capacity. Seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please plan to arrive early.
