Access AK: Creative Connection Visit Request Form

Creative Connection runs Tuesday through Friday between 10 am and 3:30 pm. Each session lasts 90 minutes. Groups can schedule up to four visits in a six-month period, depending on availability. Program sessions are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
