Victoria Pérez is a multiple award winning accomplished bilingual theatre artist with more than 25 years of experience on stage as storyteller, director, writer and as a teaching artist. Hailing proudly from Puerto Rico and calling Buffalo her home, she is the Co-Founder and Artistic Director of Raíces Theatre Company. She is a graduate of AMDA. As a director, she has worked Off-Broadway at IATI and Repertorio Español and at Teatro Dallas. Currently she is the Vice President of Arts Engagement and Education at Shea's Performing Arts Center. She believes in the power of theatre to bring awareness, serve as a reflection and ultimately, transform.
