Peggy Pierce Elfvin Director Janne Sirén, his wife Sonja, and chairpersons Linda and Bill Maggio, Jr., welcome Albright-Knox Members to celebrate the Art of Dining and experience the exceptional culinary talents of Buffalo’s master chefs. The Art of Dining: An American in Paris is inspired by Humble and Human: An Exhibition in Honor of Ralph C. Wilson, Jr., an exhibition of more than forty paintings and sculptures from the collections of the Albright-Knox Art Gallery and the Detroit Institute of Arts by artists including Paul Cézanne, Edgar Degas, Paul Gauguin, Vincent van Gogh, Claude Monet, Berthe Morisot, Camille Pissarro, and Pierre-Auguste Renoir.
Guests will enjoy appetizers crafted by Oliver’s Chef Ross Warhol, followed by a sumptuous dinner artistically prepared by Chef Mike Dimmer of Marble + Rye and Chef Mike Andrzejewski of Seabar and Cantina Loco. The night will conclude with a spectacular dessert conceived by Chef Mark Hutchinson of Hutch’s. The evening’s meal will be paired with selections provided by Moët Hennessy USA and Magic Hat Brewing Company.
This annual fundraiser is open to all Albright-Knox Members with limited seating. For tickets or additional information about sponsorships, please contact JoAnne Will-Kaminski at 716.270.8238 or jwill-kaminski@albrightknox.org.
