Albright-Knox Members are invited to join us for a Members' Opening for We the People: New Art from the Collection. Whether creating paintings or videos, sculptures or photographs, the artists in this exhibition are interested in how we define our identities, form our communities, and confront the various forces that shape our lives. The featured works are all new additions to the museum’s collection and most have never before been on view at the Albright-Knox.
RSVP online or contact 716.270.8247 or membership@albrightknox.org.
A free public opening will follow from 7 to 9 pm, featuring A Conversation on Contemporary Art with exhibition co-curators Peggy Pierce Elfvin Director Janne Sirén and Assistant Curator Tina Rivers Ryan at 7:15 pm.
