Chef Lorinda John, a chef from the Seneca Nations and a chef at Cornelia, has curated a few menu specials for the day! These offerings will be available during lunch service from 11 am to 4 pm in Cornelia and at the mobile bar in the Wilson Town Square, where visitors can interact with Chef Lorinda and learn more about Indigenous food.
